We are looking for an Interim Talent Development & Culture Partner to support the People & Communications team of an international company based in Oslo.
This is not a traditional HR generalist role. We are looking for someone who can create structure, coordinate stakeholders, drive progress and independently deliver initiatives from planning through execution.
About the assignment
The company is strengthening how it works with culture, values, learning and employer branding across the organization.
You will take ownership of defined projects and initiatives within Talent Development and culture. A key part of the assignment will be leading the practical development and structuring of learning content in the company’s new learning platform.
You will work closely with People & Communications, leaders, local HR teams, subject matter experts and stakeholders across functions, markets and business areas.
Tasks include
Supporting the development, communication and implementation of new values and desired behaviours
Planning and executing initiatives that strengthen company culture
Leading the development and structuring of learning content
Coordinating content owners, subject matter experts and stakeholders
Developing content structures, templates and learning plans
Supporting process standardization and optimization within Talent Development
Contributing to Employer Branding, EVP and employee experience initiatives

Ensuring structure, momentum and follow-through across several parallel workstreams
Desired qualifications
We believe you have relevant experience from one or more of the following areas:
Talent Development or Learning & Development
Organizational development, culture or transformation
Employer Branding or employee experience
HR, communication or project management
Development of learning content or digital learning
Implementation or administration of an LMS or learning platform
Experience from an international or cross-functional organization will be beneficial.
Relevant higher education within HR, organizational psychology, organizational development, communication, pedagogy, business administration or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience may compensate for formal education.
You must be fluent in written and spoken English. Norwegian or another Scandinavian language is an advantage.
Who are we looking for?
You are self-driven, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of projects from start to finish. You create structure, keep stakeholders aligned and ensure that decisions are translated into practical delivery.
You are equally comfortable working strategically and operationally. You can develop a project plan, facilitate stakeholder involvement and prepare a presentation, while also working hands-on with learning content, templates and communication material.
You are collaborative, reliable and detail-oriented, and you remain effective in an environment with changing priorities and several parallel initiatives.
