Interim Senior Marketing Communications Specialist

Our clients Senior Marketing Communications Specialist will be on parental leave from Feb 2022- Feb 2023. We are looking for someone to temporary fill the position. The role will co-ordinate Scandinavia marketing activities and lead the marketing activities for Denmark.

You will be part of the Scandinavia Marketing & Communications team, you will work closely with the Marketing & Communications director, and you have colleagues in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Iceland

Key Responsibilities and tasks

  • Leading establishment of a 360-marketing plan for Scandinavia (digital marketing mix and roadmap incl key initiatives)
  • Setting metrics, analyze performance and behaviors (Google Ads and analytics)
  • Developing and driving marketing activities mainly our new equipment and services business in Denmark
  • Channels management (web, social media)
  • Manage collaboration meetings with the sales organization
  • Media and crisis management for Denmark

About you

In order to succeed in the role, you have more than 7 years of experience from working in marketing communications and you enjoy both strategic planning as well as setting tactical plans and executing on activities, such as digital marketing campaigns. You have experience of working for a global company with matrix organization and have led other marketeers.

You have solid experience of marketing work, setting targets, driving ROI and securing a solid sales funnel. You like number crunching, setting targets and analyzing data.

You have knowledge in following tools: Google Ads & Analytics, FB ads & business manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tridion, Qlik Sense and MS Office 365.

Language skills

You have to be fluent in English and Danish. 

About the assignment

It´s a temporary position through Hammer & Hanborg. Starting in January 2022, end date will be in February 2023 with possibilities for a prolongation.

Placement; Stockholm, Oslo or Copenhagen.
